Dr. Kiran Devaraj, MD
Dr. Devaraj is a board-certified Psychiatrist. He has practiced psychiatry in WV for over 20 years. He completed his Medical School at Leeds University School of medicine in England and finished his psychiatry residency at WVU CAMC in Charleston, West Virginia. Dr. Devaraj has most recently been the chief medical officer/medical director of Highland hospital. He has a broad range of experience in treating psychiatric problems and substance abuse for all ages and will be seeing children, adolescents, and adults.
Pamela Neal, APRN, FNP
Pam is a dedicated board-certified family nurse practitioner, as part of our team at Devaraj Behavioral Healthcare. With over 20 years of experience, Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various areas, including primary care, addiction medicine, and basic psychiatric care.

He moved to Charleston later that year to take a position as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where he worked to develop a program to provide services to West Virginia’s military members, veterans, and their families. Later, Waylon graduated from Marshall University with his Master's Degree in Social Work.
